Ask one something hard and the answer is often excellent. Then it has nowhere to land: the work it was about is still done by hand, somewhere else.
Most of the effort is going into pipes.
The work you can see is mostly connecting assistants to software you already run. That helps wherever the software exists.
Most everyday work has no software at all.
It lives in a spreadsheet, a folder or somebody’s head. Stedano gives it a proper home: organised records, rules that hold and jobs set up once, with a person deciding what changes and a written history of every change.

We name what is not built. A roadmap item written in the present tense is the cheapest way to lose someone’s trust.
