Stedano turns everyday data into organised, AI-powered workflows, without you losing control. You describe the work; it keeps the records and the rules, and writes down every change.
Why it exists.
Most small businesses already use AI assistants, and still run their important work on spreadsheets and apps that do not talk to each other. The answers stay in the chat, and the work is still done by hand.
We have done that by hand, which is where the bar comes from: somebody who has actually done a thing by hand has to recognise it in what Stedano gives back.
Two things were never up for negotiation. Nothing is built until you say yes, and every change is written down where you can read it.
Who is behind it.
Stedano is made in Bristol, by a small independent company rather than a large one, and by people who have built and looked after systems that others rely on every day.

What we will not do.
Sell what you keep
We do not sell personal data. Not to anyone, in any circumstances.
Train AI models on it
Not ours, and not anyone else’s. Where your content goes to a model provider to produce a result for you, it goes under terms that prohibit training on it. If you connect your own AI provider key, that provider’s terms are yours to check.
Follow you round the web
No advertising cookies, and no tracking from one site to another.
